On the morning of February 28, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony of Yunjian Information Headquarters and new infrastructure intelligent building base was held at the project site. Wang Min, member of the Standing Committee of Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of Xiaoshan District Party Committee, attended the ceremony and announced the official start of the base. Jiang Yongzhu, Deputy secretary of Xiaoshan District Party Committee and governor of Xiaoshan District, Yu Yingtao, Chairman of Uniglup and CEO of New China Three Group, attended the event and delivered a speech. Cheng Xiaodong, Standing Committee member of Xiaoshan District Party Committee and Executive Vice President of Xiaoshan District presided over the event, Zhu Shenghong, president of Yunjian Information Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the basic situation of the project, and Zhang Wenbo, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of Xianghu National Tourism Resort and secretary of the Party Working Committee of Wenyan Street, made a statement.

After Wang Min, member of the Standing Committee of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Xiaoshan District Party Committee, announced the official start of the Yunjian Information Headquarters base and the new infrastructure intelligent base project, the site leaders together laid the foundation for the project. This marks that the Yunjian information headquarters base is about to enter the intensive construction stage. It is expected that by the end of 2023, Yunjian Information Headquarters Base will be completed and put into operation.
