Silver Fir DPU2.0

Silver Fir 2.0 is a DPU using intel Eddylake-D CPU+ Agilex FM41 FPGA architecture. It provides two 200G QSFP56 service ports and USB ports, and adopts AST2600 BMC for out-of-band management. The CPU board supports two DDR4 SODIMMs, the FPGA board supports 13 DDR4 particles, and the Goldfinger provides PCIe5.0x16 or PCIe5.0x8*2 ports.

Application scenario

  • Data Center and Cloud Computing
In data center and cloud computing applications, DPU can provide hardware acceleration, offloading network and storage functions on the CPU, thereby improving the utilization and security of computing resources.

  • Network Security
By offloading data encryption/decryption from the CPU to the DPU, you can significantly improve application performance, reduce CPU load, and support flexible network programmability.

  • High Performance Computing and AI
By cooperating with GPU and other accelerators, it can greatly improve the efficiency of product data processing and operation, and help users achieve rapid product development and iteration.
